Is Roobet legit: licence, provably fair and security facts
This page collects the records a reader can check: the operating company and its paying agent, the licence number and where it is validated, the provably fair method of each of the 15 Originals, the security and anti-money-laundering measures, the policy documents with their versions and the responsible gambling tools. The guide gives no verdict and no rating. Where the operator displays nothing, the page says so. The founders, the executives named in press releases and the sponsorship record are collected in the chapter on who owns the casino. A free-to-play product of the same brand, Roobet.fun, is a separate social casino and is not covered by this guide.

Licence
The footer and section 1 of the Terms state that the casino is licensed by the Government of Curaçao under licence OGL/2024/687/0427. The footer badge links to the certificate portal of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board at cert.gcb.cw; a second badge labelled XNext is an image without a link. The issue date and the validity period are not shown on the operator's pages.

Provably fair: the method of each Original
The page roobet.com/fair documents a verification method for each of the 15 Originals. Every method rests on a server seed that the player receives as a SHA256 hash before the bet, plus one or more inputs the operator cannot change after the bet. The table lists the inputs, called ingredients on the fair page, game by game.

Dice and Striker were moved to a newer engine; bets before and after the move use different verifiers, selected by the Engine field in History → Details. Each Original page of this guide, from Crash to HiLo, repeats the method for that game. The house edge of the Originals is not published. Third-party slots are outside the method; their RTP comes from the provider's sheet, and roobet.com/live-rtp shows the realised RTP over 10 minutes, 1 hour and 24 hours.
Account security
Three security measures are documented by the operator: two-factor authentication, reCAPTCHA on the forms and a vulnerability disclosure programme on Bugcrowd.

KYC and anti-money-laundering policy
The KYC-AML policy at roobet.com/kyc-aml-policy describes the checks applied to accounts and transactions. It names no tiers or amount thresholds; the Help Center describes a Level 2 verification with identity documents.
- identity checks at registration and on an ongoing basis, with documents requested at any time under sections 4.9 and 10.5 of the Terms;
- Level 2 verification: passport, driving licence or government ID, front and back, uploaded at roobet.com/account-settings?page=verification and reviewed by the compliance team daily;
- screening of customers against politically exposed persons and sanctions lists;
- a Money Laundering Reporting Officer responsible for the programme;
- reports of suspicious activity to the Financial Intelligence Unit of Curaçao;
- annual anti-money-laundering training for staff;
- one account per person, with shared households, devices or IP addresses to be reported (Terms, section 6).

The operator publishes its rules in separate documents, each with its own version. The Terms of Service carry no version number and no date; the other documents do.

Testing certificates and game counts
No certificate from a testing laboratory such as iTech Labs, GLI, BMM or eCOGRA is displayed in the footer, in the Terms or on any other page of roobet.com as of 22 October 2026. The Originals rely on the provably fair method above; the casino shows no certification on the cards of third-party games.
