About this guide

01Who runs the guide

The guide is published by the editorial team of roobet-games.net. The team is not part of the operator, Raw Entertainment B.V., has no access to player accounts or funds and answers no question about an individual account. The site has one purpose: to describe, with dates and sources, what the operator offers and under which rules.

• the site is not the casino and accepts no registration, deposit or bet;
• questions about an account, a deposit or a withdrawal are answered only by the operator, whose channels are listed in the support chapter;
• the editorial contact is info@roobet-games.net;
• the site contains partner links to the operator, described in the chapter on affiliate disclosure.

The guide is written in English for readers aged 18 and over. Where money is discussed, the pages point to the limit tools of the account and to free help organisations.

The Roobet guide opens with an overview of the catalogue, the cashier, the rewards and the licence; this chapter goes into one part of it in detail.

02How facts are checked

Each figure on the site traces to a named source and a date. The sources are the operator's public pages and its Help Center, read on 22 October 2026 unless a page says otherwise. No figure is estimated by the guide, and no figure comes from a review site.

• every page carries a "checked" date in the header;
• where two operator pages disagree, both figures are shown with their sources, for example the advertised game counts against the catalogue API;
• no ratings, stars, tests, rankings or verdicts are published;
• no comparison with other operators is made.

03What the guide does not cover

Some topics are left out on purpose, either because the operator publishes no dated fact or because the topic falls outside an information site.

• bets: the site takes none and runs no game;
• accounts: the site registers nobody and holds no balance;
• opinions: no verdict, no rating and no recommendation appears on any page;
• promotions without a published start and end date;
• ways around access or payment restrictions;
• products the operator does not offer, such as a store app.

Where a question falls outside these limits, the guide links to the operator's Help Center or to the public source instead of filling the gap.

04Update schedule

Pages are refreshed on a fixed schedule and on events. The header date changes only when the facts on that page have been re-checked.

The date shown on a page is the date of the last check, not the date of publication.

05Corrections

A reader who finds an outdated figure, a broken link or a discrepancy with an operator page can report it by email. Each report is checked against the source before the page changes.

1. Write to info@roobet-games.net with the page address.
2. Quote the figure or sentence in question and, where possible, the source that contradicts it.
3. The page is corrected and its "checked" date is moved when the source confirms the change.

Requests about accounts, deposits or withdrawals cannot be handled by the guide; they go to the operator's support.
