Roobet promo codes: where they come from and how to redeem
A promo code is an instant reward: a set of free spins or a small balance of roughly $0.15–$0.50, according to the Help Center article Promo Codes Explained. Codes are posted in the Telegram channel t.me/RoobetcomTele and by sponsored streamers, and entered on the redeem page roobet.com/?modal=redeem. Depositor codes need a deposit or wager in the last 7 days; one referral code can be attached to an account. The operator publishes no public code of its own. Play is for adults of 18 and older.

What a promo code gives
The Help Center article Promo Codes Explained defines a promo code as an instant reward. The two forms are free spins and a small balance credit, which the article puts at roughly $0.15–$0.50. A code is a one-time item: it is redeemed once per account and often has a limited number of uses across all players.
- free spins (RooSpins) with the standard 7-day expiry;
- a balance credit of roughly $0.15–$0.50, paid to the crypto side;
- limited uses: a code posted to a channel can run out;
- no deposit match, no bonus percentage: the value is the credit itself;
- no public code is published by the operator; codes come from channels and partners.
The value of a code is small by design. The main source of returns is rakeback, described in the chapter on Roobet Rewards, and codes sit on top of it.
The Roobet guide opens with an overview of the catalogue, the cashier, the rewards and the licence; this chapter goes into one part of it in detail.
Where codes are posted
The same article names two sources: the operator’s Telegram channel and streamers who hold a sponsorship. The promotions page adds a Redeem a Promo button that opens the redeem modal. A code copied from a third-party site may have expired or run out of uses.
| Source | What appears there | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram | codes and drops from the operator | t.me/RoobetcomTele |
| Streamers | codes tied to a sponsored streamer | Twitch twitch.tv/roobetcom and the Kick community |
| Promotions page | Redeem a Promo button | roobet.com/promotions |
| X and Instagram | announcements of promotions | @roobet |
Sponsorships are arranged through marketing@roobet.com, per the Help Center article How Can I Get Sponsored?; codes from streamers follow the same rules as any other code.
How to redeem a code
The redeem page is roobet.com/?modal=redeem; the same modal opens from the promotions page. The account has to be logged in, and the chapter on registration describes the sign-up form where a referral code can be entered from the start.
- Log in and open roobet.com/?modal=redeem.
- Paste the code exactly as posted.
- Confirm. Free spins appear in the Rewards area; a balance credit appears on the crypto side.
- Use free spins within 7 days.
Depositor codes
Some codes are marked for depositors. The Help Center requires a deposit or a wager within the last 7 days before such a code is accepted. An account with no activity in that window sees the code refused.
Affiliate codes and the +20% rakeboost
An affiliate code is a referral code issued by a partner. Redeeming it switches on a +20% rakeboost for 72 hours, per the Help Center article Rewards Explained; boosts do not stack, and the highest active one applies. Only one referral or affiliate code can be attached to an account.
Referral programme for players
The Help Center article Referrals Explained and the Terms (§14) describe a referral programme for players. A referrer earns 5% of the house edge on the wagers of referred players; the rate rises by 1% per tier up to 10% at tier 10. The referrer has to be set within 24 hours of the referred player’s sign-up.
| Condition | Value |
|---|---|
| Base rate | 5% of the house edge on referrals’ wagers |
| Tiers | +1% per tier, 10% at tier 10 |
| Referrer set | within 24 hours of the referred player’s registration |
| First claim | after 10 depositing referrals and more than $5 earned |
| Claim window | 365 days |
| Excluded | wagering of bonus funds; prediction-market positions |
The tier thresholds are not published. Self-referrals and accounts in the same household count as multi-accounting under Terms §6.
Tips between players
Tips are transfers of balance or RooSpins between players, described in the Help Center article Sending Tips and Free Spins. Both sides need Level 2 verification, and the sender has to be above the beginner rank. A daily cap limits sent and received tips to 10% of the wagering requirement of the current rank.
- requirement: Level 2 KYC for sender and recipient;
- daily cap: 10% of the current rank’s wagering requirement, sent and received;
- recipient: wagering requirement raised by 30% of the tip;
- Cash deposits do not unlock tipping; a crypto deposit does;
- tips are not a code and cannot be redeemed on the promo page.
The documents for Level 2 and the review process are described in the chapter on identity checks.
Codes are posted in the operator’s Telegram channel; rakeback runs on every bet without a code.
Common promo code mistakes
The table lists the reasons a code is refused or a reward is lost, taken from the Help Center articles on codes, referrals and tips.
| Mistake | Consequence | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Depositor code entered without recent activity | The code is refused. | Make a deposit or a wager within 7 days before redeeming. |
| Second referral code added | Only one referral code per account; the second is rejected. | Enter the referral code once, at sign-up or within 24 hours. |
| Referral set after 24 hours | The referrer is not attached. | Add the code during registration or in the first 24 hours. |
| Welcome bonus expected from a code | A code gives free spins or roughly $0.15–$0.50; no deposit match exists. | Treat a code as a small instant credit. |
| Free spins from a code left unused | They expire after 7 days. | Play the spins within a week. |
| Tip sent without Level 2 | The transfer is blocked. | Complete Level 2 verification before tipping. |
