Roobet Limbo: set a target multiplier

Limbo reverses the logic of Crash: instead of cashing out of a rising curve, the player names a target multiplier before the bet, and the game draws a result; the bet wins at the target if the drawn multiplier is equal to or higher than it. The catalogue dates the Roobet version to 18 May 2026. Bets run from $0.01 to $20,000 with a $500,000 maximum win, and each draw is verified with a server seed, a client seed and a nonce.

Target and draw

The panel has two linked fields: the target multiplier and the win chance. A high target carries a low chance and a low target a high chance; editing one updates the other. After the bet the game draws a multiplier. If the drawn value is at or above the target, the bet pays the stake times the target, not times the drawn value. If the drawn value is below the target, the stake is lost. Each draw is independent and settled in a second.

The relation between target and chance is displayed on the panel for every value entered. The operator does not publish a house edge for the Originals, so the exact ratio is not reproduced here; the general rule of the format is that the chance is roughly the inverse of the target, reduced by the edge. Autobet repeats a fixed target and stake for a series of draws, and the Game Policy bans third-party bots.

  • the target multiplier is set before the bet;
  • the win chance follows the target and is shown on the panel;
  • a drawn value at or above the target pays the target;
  • a drawn value below the target loses the stake;
  • every draw is independent and verifiable.

The Roobet guide opens with an overview of the catalogue, the cashier, the rewards and the licence; this chapter goes into one part of it in detail.

Placing a Limbo bet

Limbo needs only two inputs per draw. Real draws are taken from the crypto balance, while Fun Play uses play money. Players must be adults, and the responsible gambling page describes the limits an account can set.

  1. Open Limbo in the Roobet Originals category.
  2. Fill in the stake, $0.01 at the least and $20,000 at the most.
  3. Type a target multiplier or a win chance; the other field updates.
  4. Press Bet and read the drawn multiplier.
  5. For a series, enable Autobet with a number of draws and stop rules.

The drawn multiplier is shown even on a losing draw, which allows a comparison with the verifier output.

Limits for Limbo

The Game Policy v4.5.0 applies the general Originals limits to Limbo without exception. A target chosen so that stake times target exceeds $500,000 is paid at the cap.

Rakeback rules for Originals wagers are in the rewards chapter; the Originals hub places Limbo next to Crash and Slide, the other multiplier games.

Provably fair in Limbo

Limbo belongs to the seed-and-nonce group. The fairness page lists a server seed from the casino, a client seed from the player, and a nonce that rises by one after every bet. The player sees the SHA256 hash of the server seed before the first draw; the seed stays hidden until revealed or replaced. The client seed is editable before any bet, so the player always holds one input the casino cannot predict.

Verification reveals the server seed, re-runs the three ingredients to regenerate the drawn multiplier, and resets both the nonce and the server seed. The player can hash the revealed seed and compare the result with the hash shown earlier, then press Verify Results on the Limbo tab of roobet.com/fair to run the same logic. Background on the method sits in the chapter on fairness and licensing.

  1. Record the hashed server seed before the first bet.
  2. Set the client seed and note the nonce.
  3. Place the draws and keep the bet details.
  4. Reveal the server seed and check its SHA256 against the hash.
  5. Run Verify Results on the Limbo tab with seed, client seed and nonce.

Limbo in the catalogue

The catalogue of 22 October 2026 lists Limbo with the studio Roobet, the category provably fair, the tags roobet-games, arcade and wager-excluded, Fun Play on and the release date 18 May 2026. Among the 15 Originals the game is seventh in the popularity sort and sixth in the weekly activity counter, one place ahead of Crash. The wager-excluded tag is a catalogue field the site does not define; the rewards page is the reference for which bets count.

Limbo can be tried in Fun Play with any target.
